  • Dolmades/Stuffed Grape Leaves Grape leaves stuffed with a blend of fresh herbs, spices and rice.

  • Spanakopita/Spinach Pie Pastry Spinach and feta wrapped in a warm flaky phyllo.

  • Keftedes/ Greek meatballs Spiced ground beef and lamb mixed with herbs and spices, that will leave you asking for more.

  • Frito MistoLightly breaded and seasoned fried calamari, prawns, sweet onions, and green beans.  Served with fresh lemon and complimentary dipping sauces.

  • Zucchini Chips Sliced zucchini chips, served with our skordalia garlic dip.

  • Zucchini Drops – Shredded zucchini blended with feta cheese and fresh herbs, molded into drops and served on a bed of tzatziki, topped with our zesty marinara sauce and finished with fresh mint.



Please choose 1 of the following dips/spreads, to be served family style with your choice of warm pita bread.
  • Tzatziki Traditional Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and roasted garlic spread.

  • Fiery Feta Roasted red peppers, whipped with Feta cheese and plenty of spice!

  • Kalamata Olive Spread- Kalamata, green, and black olives mixed with Greek olive oil.

  • Skordalia- Potatoes whipped with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, served cold.

  • Melitzanosalata- Fire-roasted eggplant married with garlic, shallots, and herbs.

  • Spicy Avocado Dip- Fresh avocados blended with our famous Greek yogurt, jalapenos, garlic, fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Dip Sampler*- If you prefer a sampler platter of three of our dips, as opposed to the one, an additional charge of $2.00 per guest will be added.



Please choose 1 of the following menu items, to be served family style as a second course.
  • Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad- Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

  • Greek Caesar- Hearts of romaine, lightly coated with Greek olive oil mixed with Feta cheese, topped with our Kalamata spread and sprinkled croutons.

  • Greek Beet Salad- Slow roasted red and yellow beet salad served with baby spinach, sprinkled with walnut crumbles, Feta cheese, fresh oregano and Greek olive oil. Served with our potato and garlic spread.

  • Greek Green Salad- Chopped Romaine lettuce, spinach, and dill, tossed with red onions in Greek olive oil and red wine vinegar, then topped with diced tomatoes  and crumbled Feta cheese.



Please choose 5 of the following items for your guests’ entrees options, served individually with a choice of Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or traditional Greek salad.  Please note, pizzas and salads are not served with a side dish.
  • Greek Burger OR Fiery Feta Burger- A ½ lb. patty of equal amounts of seasoned ground lamb and ground beef.  Please choose our Greek Burger, topped with tzatziki, tomatoes, onions, and mint, or our Fiery Feta Burger, topped with spicy whipped Feta cheese, chopped pepperoncini and sliced tomatoes.Served with Opa! fries, wild rice pilaf, or traditional Greek salad. (Your guest chooses the burger of their choice upon arrival.  We offer both as one menu item.)

  • Fiery Feta Flank Steak- A 7 ounce grilled flat iron steak, seared to perfection and served on a sizzling skillet.  Topped with our famous fiery feta dip.

  • Opa! Lettuce Wraps- A medley of grilled chicken & mixed vegetables, diced jalapeno peppers, and pineapple tossed in our Opa! olive oil & lemon dressing,  served with butter lettuce cups and tzatziki sauce.

  • Opa!  Pork Riblets- Slow-cooked baby-back ribs, falling off the bone.  Brushed with a tangy Greek honey bar-b-que glaze.  Served with a small fennel and Romaine lettuce salad and a few Opa! onion rings.

  • Opa! Sauté- A healthy mix of sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic with your choice of any single Souvlaki skewer, including Chicken, Pork, Seafood, Beef, Lamb, or Vegetable.

    Souvlaki Entrees feature 2 skewers of any chosen protein, served with a side dish of 
    Opa! fries or wild rice pilaf, finished with lemon, oregano, and garlic Greek olive oil.

  • Chicken Souvlaki- Tender chunks of grilled, white-meat chicken breast.

  • Beef Souvlaki- Freshly-butchered, grilled filet mignon cubes.

  • Vegetable Souvlaki- Grilled vegetables, including zucchini, onions, bell peppers, and mushroom.

  • Pork Souvlaki- Pieces of fresh-cut pork tenderloin.

  • Seafood Souvlaki*- Fresh prawns and scallops, totaling 6 prawns and 4 scallops.

  • Lamb Souvlaki*- Tender pieces of juicy lamb loin, with mixed and alternating vegetables.

    An additional charge of $2.00 per guest/order will be added if these menu items are selected, and then ordered.



Dessert is NOT included with this package. 

You have the option of adding dessert and coffee service for an additional $3.00/guest.

  • Platters of our homemade Baklava, served family style with ice cream on the side.

  • Platters of fresh fruit skewers drizzled with warm Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) and raspberry and caramel sauces.

  • Bowls of imported Greek yogurt topped with seasonal fruit & berries, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with walnut crumbles.


If you choose to provide your own dessert, $1.00/guest will be added as a dessert serving fee, which includes the service of coffee & hot tea. 


Opa! will provide plates and utensils for the service of your dessert. 


Opa! staff will cut and serve your cake/dessert.
