  • Spanakopita/Spinach Pie Pastry Spinach and feta wrapped in a warm flaky phyllo.

  • Loukaniko/Greek Sausage Pork sausage, grilled, diced, and tossed with lemon, olive oil, garlic and Greek herbs.

  • Keftedes/ Greek meatballs Spiced ground beef and lamb mixed with herbs and spices, that will leave you asking for more.

  • Zucchini Chips Sliced zucchini chips, served with our skordalia garlic dip.

  • Zucchini Drops – Shredded zucchini blended with feta cheese and fresh herbs, molded into drops and served on a bed of tzatziki, topped with our zesty marinara sauce and finished with fresh mint.

  • Frito Misto- Lightly breaded and seasoned fried calamari, prawns, sweet onions, and green beans.  Served with fresh lemon and complimentary dipping sauces.

  • Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad- Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

  • Greek Caesar Salad- Hearts of romaine lettuce, lightly coated with Greek olive oil mixed with Feta cheese, then topped with our Kalamata spread and sprinkled with pita chip croutons.

  • Greek Beet Salad- Slow roasted red and yellow beet salad served with baby greens, sprinkled with walnut crumbles, Feta cheese, fresh oregano and Greek olive oil. Served with our potato and garlic spread.

  • Greek Green Salad- Romaine lettuce and spinach chopped with dill and tossed with red onions, Greek olive oil, and red wine vinegar.  Topped with diced tomatoes and Feta cheese.

  • Paithakia/Lamb Chops**- Australian, free range, rib-cut lamb chops, grilled and finished with a  drizzle of lemon, oregano, and garlic olive oil.

  • Moussaka- Traditional Greek Casserole made of layered eggplant, potato, herb-spiced ground beef and lamb.  It is seasoned with shallot, garlic, and fresh thyme, and finished with a béchamel sauce.

    Souvlakia are 3 ounces of protein or vegetables, grilled on 6” skewers, and drizzled with Greek olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano.
  • Chicken Souvlakia- Skewered pieces of marinated, grilled, white-meat chicken breast.

  • Pork Souvlakia- Grilled, skewered pieces of fresh-cut pork tenderloin.

  • Beef Souvlakia*- Freshly-butchered, skewered filet mignon cubes, grilled.

  • Seafood Souvlakia**- Grilledskewers of alternating fresh prawns and scallops.

    Opa! Flatbreads are personal-sized pizzas/flatbreads served with our hand-rolled, grilled flatbread as the foundation for these Grecian versions of an Italian favorite.
  • Opa! Flatbread- Hand rolled, grilled flatbread topped with goat and gorgonzola cheeses, sliced pear, and caramelized onion, garnished with fresh arugula tossed in olive oil.

  • The Deluxe- Hand rolled, grilled flatbread topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella & feta cheeses, Greek sausage, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

  • The Amalia- Hand rolled, grilled flatbread topped with tomato sauce, roasted eggplant & Kalamata olive spreads, mozzarella & feta cheeses, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, roasted garlic, and chopped jalapeno peppers.

  • Opa! Fries- Freshly sliced potatoes topped with crumbled Greek Feta cheese and drizzled with lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, and garlic.  Served with our secret recipe Opa! sauce.

  • Greek Potato Wedges-Freshly sliced large potato wedges drizzled with lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, and garlic. Topped with crumbled Greek Feta cheese.

  • Spinach & Garlic Mashed Potatoes- Silky, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, folded with freshly sautéed spinach and plenty of garlic, butter, and cream.

  • Fiery Feta Mac & Cheese- Fiery Feta dip, mozzarella, and kasseri cheeses mixed with elbow macaroni, & grilled corn.  Topped with bread crumbs and broiled in the oven.

  • Grilled Broccoli- Freshly blanched broccoli crowns, grilled, and drizzled with a lemon, and garlic olive oil.

  • Mizithra Corn- Grilled corn, sliced off the cob, then sautéed in brown butter and finished with mizithra, a salty, Greek, parmesan-like cheese.

If you choose to provide your own dessert, $1.00/guest will be added as a dessert serving fee.

Opa! will provide plates and utensils for the service of your dessert.
