VEGETARIAN DOLMADES Grape leaves stuffed with rice, mint, dill, tomatoes, olive oil and lemon.

SPANAKOPITA/SPINACH PIE PASTRY Spinach and feta wrapped in a warm flaky phyllo.

RUSTIC ZUCCHINI CAKES Shredded zucchini cakes blended with fresh herbs served with a feta & mint yogurt sauce.

OPA! FRIES Freshly sliced Kennebec potatoes, crumbled feta cheese, Opa! vinaigrette, served with a side of our famous Opa! sauce.

ZUCCHINI CHIPS Sliced zucchini chips served with our skordalia garlic dip.

KEFTEDES Greek meatballs, made with spiced ground beef and lamb, simmered in our signature marinara sauce.

TURKEY KEFTEDAKIA Turkey meatballs made with fresh herbs, crumbled feta cheese, fire roasted red peppers served over our spicy sriracha yogurt sauce.

TZATZIKI The famous yogurt, cucumber and garlic dip.

SKORDALIA Fresh whipped potato, garlic, olive oil and vinegar.

FIERY FETA DIP Feta Cheese, roasted red pepper, olive oil and garlic.

FAVA The Greek version of hummus.

SPICY AVOCADO Fresh avocados blended with our famous Greek yogurt, jalapeños, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil.

MELITZANOSALATA Fire roasted eggplant, garlic and all the spices.

KALAMATA Spread Finely chopped Kalamata olives and spices.

 

BRUNCH SELECTIONS

Please select 5 of the following items to be listed as menu options for your guests to choose from & to be served individually.

SPARTAN BENEDICT Two English style muffins topped with grilled filet tips, sautéed spinach, mushrooms and poached eggs. Doused with Hollandaise sauce, sprinkled with paprika and feta cheese crumbles, then served with Greek village potatoes.

BAKLAVA WAFFLE A traditional Belgian style waffle made with walnuts, cinnamon and honey. Topped with whipped Greek yogurt cream and fresh berries.

CORINTHIAN FRENCH TOAST Freshly baked bread, soaked in cinnamon and egg, grilled on the flat top. Topped with whipped Greek yogurt, cream and fresh berries.

GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT Traditional Greek yogurt, topped with fresh fruit, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with homemade granola.

BREAKFAST PITA Fresh pita bread filled with a scramble of eggs, Greek sausage, black olives and onions. Garnished with tzatziki and fresh tomatoes. Served with our Greek village potatoes.

OPA! GYRO HASH AND EGGS Greek village potatoes mixed with caramelized onions, bell peppers and traditional seasoned gyro meat. Topped with wo fried eggs and a rich béchamel sauce.

GREEK STEAK CHILAQUILES Tender filet tips, homemade pita chips, spicy tomatillo sauce, avocados, sour cream, crumbled feta cheese topped with an egg, sunny side up.

HORIATIKI / GREEK VILLAGE SALAD The traditional village salad. Ripe red tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, peppers, Kalamata olives, fresh oregano, crumbled feta cheese. Served with a side of warm pita bread.
